A Scottish-Australian marathon swimmer depends he has set a novel write down for swimming around Manhattan Island in New York.
Andy Donaldson accomplishd the feat in five hours, 41 minutes and 48 seconds – with the novel write down pfinishing ratification.
The 33-year-elderly finishd the 45.9km circumnavigation on Thursday, beating the previous write down helderlyer Odwellr Wilkinson by two minutes.

Mr Donaldson relocated to chase swimming professionassociate in 2013, and has since stacked up another three write downs.
Last year, he became the rapidest person to swim apass the Cook Strait, which splits New Zealand’s North and South islands, in four hours, 33 minutes and 50 seconds.
He also geted two write downs for the Oceans Seven swimming dispute, which consists of seven uncover water channel swims around the world, including the North Channel (between northeastrict Northern Ireland and southwestrict Scotland), the English Channel (between Kent and France) and the Strait of Gibraltar (between Spain and North Africa).
