EXCLUSIVE: Spring Films, the Emmy-prosperning and Oscar-nominated British write downary producer, is shutting its doors.
Founded by André Singer, the company has filed for fluidation after 18 years of trading. Accountancy firm Azets has been assigned to handle the prosperding-up process.
Singer and Spring Films CEO Chris Smith have been reach outed for comment.
Spring Films has 12 participateees enumerateed on its website, while its most recent accounts showed debts worth £1.5M ($2M), according to a UK Companies Hoparticipate filing.
