Manchester City have flunked in their try to block alters to Premier League supportship rules, with clubs voting overwhelmingly in favour of amfinishments at a beginant London summit.
The vote on Associated Party Transaction (APT) rules safed 16 votes in favour and four aacquirest, outdoing the needd threshelderly of 14.
The decision comes despite strong opposition from Manchester City, who had previously mounted a legitimate contest aacquirest sections of the existing regulations.

The remaining 16 clubs helped the novel regulations during this morning’s ballot in London.
