The Boise State women’s volleyball team forfeited its game aacquirest San Jose State University Saturday amid argue surrounding a transgfinisher member of the Spartans’ roster.

Boise State Athletics freed a statement exclusively to OutKick less than 24 hours before the Mountain West Conference suit.

“Boise State volleyball will not carry out its scheduled suit at San José State on Saturday, Sept. 28,” the statement shelp. “Per Mountain West Conference policy, the Conference will write down the suit as a forfeit and a loss for Boise State. The Broncos will next vie on Oct. 3 aacquirest Air Force.”
The NCAA also provided OutKick with a statement in response to Boise State’s decision.

Earlier this week, Fleming’s teammate, Brooke Slusser, uniteed establisher NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines and cut offal other female athletes in suing the NCAA over its policies think abouting transgfinisher athletes that they claim settle the equitableness and integrity of women’s competitive sports while also putting women at danger.

Boise State is the second team to select out of carry outing aacquirest SJSU. Earlier this month, Southern Utah was participating in the Santa Clara Tournament but only carry outed aacquirest two of three opponents, choosing not to carry out aacquirest SJSU.
