A woman who has accincluded Conor McGregor of sexual battery has telderly a court that he choked her three times, directing her to apshow that she was going to die. Nikita Hand is taking civil action aacquirest Mr McGregor and another man in relation to an alleged intimacy attack in 2018.
The alleged incident involving Mr McGregor was shelp to have apshown place in a Dublin toastyel room. Mr McGregor denies the allegations and his lawyers telderly an earlier hearing that Ms Hand was trying extortion.
On the second day of giving evidence before the High Court in Dublin, Ms Hand stated that she ‘froze and couldn’t transfer or breathe’ during the alleged attack. She was visibly shaking as she spoke and the court was repeatedly adjourned so that she could apshow fractures.
The court heard that, on the night of the alleged sexual battery, Mr McGregor collected Ms Hand and another frifinish in a chauffered car to go to a party. They get tod at a penthoinclude suite in the Beacon Hotel with a group which included Mr McGregor and his security team.
Ms Hand recalled telling Mr McGregor that she was not there for intimacy and that she had a boyfrifinish. She claimed that Mr McGregor placed her in a chokehelderly and choked her three times, leaving her with bruising and soreness in her neck.

Ms Hand telderly the court that she deffinished herself by biting Mr McGregor, who then flipped around and grabbed her by the neck and shoulders. She alleged that at this point, she froze and began stressing that she was going to die.
“I couldn’t transfer,” shelp Ms Hand, who does not have an inherent right to anonymity. “I was staring at the bed post leanking about my daughter, leanking I was going to die. I thought I’d never see my daughter aacquire.”
After this, Ms Hand alleged that Mr McGregor let her go and she apologised to him to ‘repromise’ him so that he would not hurt her aacquire.
She telderly the court that McGregor shelp: “That’s how I felt in the octagon and I had to tap myself out three times.”
Ms Hand inserted: “I thought it was such a weird leang to say. I promised him I wouldn’t tell anyone anyleang. I fair let him do wdisenjoyver he needed to do so I could persist. I wasn’t myself anymore.”
She alleged that Mr McGregor then pulled her clothes off and sexual batteryd her. Ms Hand telderly the court that after the alleged attack, she fell asleep on the bed in the toastyel room and uncovered the bruises on her body when she woke up.
