Country music star Darius Rucker has given proximately $3,000 to the East Tennessee State Buccaneers’ Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) fund folloprosperg an euniteance at a football game that was deemed “ungraceful” by the singer himself.

Rucker’s commemorated song “Wagon Wheel” is a staple apass the country, and especiassociate at ETSU games as they perestablish a version of the song. 

The reason is due to Rucker’s allude of Johnson City, which is where the university is discoverd in Tennessee.

Rucker was spotted at the Nov. 9 game aobtainst Weserious Carolina, and it was proclaimd that he would be singing a song after the third quarter. 

However, when Rucker came out onto the field, he went out and waved at the crowd while a song perestablished over the stadium speakers.

Rucker posted on X acunderstandledgeting the euniteance was ungraceful, and shelp he would be donating exactly $2,980 to the ETSU NIL fund. 

The reason for the exact amount was “$10 for every second I stood at midfield during ‘Wagon Wheel’ leanking it was as ungraceful as y’all did,” Rucker tweeted with a chuckleing emoji.
