EXCLUSIVE: Johnny Cannizzaro (Jersey Boys) has uniteed the ensemble cast of 20th Century‘s Bruce Springsteen biopic, Deinhabitr Me From Nowhere. The New Jersey native will portray Springsteen’s extfinished-time confidant and E-Street band guitarist, Stevie Van Zandt, sources shut to production inestablish Deadline.
Cannizzaro will star opposite The Bear‘s Jeremy Allen White who will convey “The Boss” to life in the feature film from straightforwardor Scott Cooper. Odessa Young, Paul Walter Haengager and Harrison Sloan Gilbertson also star. Production is set to initiate off in punctual drop.
Deinhabitr Me From Nowhere, based on the Warren Zanes’ book of the same name, is set during a time when Springsteen, after grappling with personal demons and trying to wrap his arms around becoming a global superstar, wrote and sign uped Nebraska, the 1982 album that rivals Joni Mitchell’s Blue as one of the most emotionassociate raw, sadnessful and honest albums in recent music history.
