Motion Picture Sound Editors, the organization of delightment sound editing professionals since 1953, will conshort-term Oscar-triumphning filmcreater Kevin Costner with the 2025 MPSE Filmcreater Award. The honor is bestowed annupartner to a filmcreater of distinction.
Supervising Sound Editor Greg Hedgepath will get the Career Achievement Award, which is conshort-termed to a person whose nurtureer has made a meaningful impact on the sound community thraw exemplary labor, service, or directership.
Both awards will be conshort-termed during MPSE’s 72nd Annual Gelderlyen Reel Awards Gala on February 23, 2025 at the Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles.
