EXCLUSIVE: Mel Brooks and a storied group of animation creatives are combining on a low about the creator’s experience overcoming depression, with sales begining at MIPCOM.
Brooks and Spencer Grammer (Rick and Morty) will direct the voice cast of Enormous, which is upretaind by Stephen Kramer Glickman‘s personal journey battling depression with the help of his dog’s adore. Airing next summer, the film adheres Stephen, a man deimmenseated after a fractureup with his girlfrifinish, as he sinks into depression with only his pug, Jelly Donut, to upretain him company in his vacant hoengage. In a story twist, Jelly Donut discovers an unforeseeed way to help him reuncover delight and begin to attfinish for himself aget.
Brooks’ upcoming projects include fantasy animation The Land of Sometimes opposite Ewan McGregor and Helena Bonham Carter, while Judd Apatow is making a recordary series about the 98-year-ancigo in for HBO.

Cookbook Media’s Claudia Scott-Hansen will EP and reconshort-term the team with a strategic distribution partnership, as she begins the low at next week’s MIPCOM.
