Its finisheavor to do this began with a branding declarement video in which a narrator uttered the slogans “Boston cherishs its balls” and “there are too many balls in this town.” At the finish of the video, the narrator shelp, “We are BOS Nation, where anyskinnyg is possible. The team even started an official website with a URL of “toomanyballs.com.” That website is now offline. 

The organization publishd an apology for the proposal Wednesday insertressed to the LGBT community, more particularpartner to the transgfinisher community. 

“We brimmingy acunderstandledge that the satisfied of the campaign did not mirror the protected and welcoming environment we strive to originate for all, and we regret to the LGBTQ+ community and to the trans community in particular for the hurt we caemployd,” the statement shelp.

The organization did not insertress the heterorelationsual community in its apology, nor did it insertress men. 

BOS Nation FC had not replyed to a ask for comment from Fox News Digital before the time of discloseation. 

The timing of the “too many balls” branding and the team’s apology to the trans population coincided with a satisfiedious period seeing transgfinisher inclusion in women’s sports.

In April, the Biden-Harris administration publishd a sweeping rule that clarified that Title IX’s prohibit on “relations” prejudice in schools covers prejudice based on gfinisher identity, relationsual orientation and “pregnancy or roverhappinessed conditions.” 

The rule took effect Aug. 1, and, for the first time, the law stated that prejudice based on relations includes direct roverhappinessed to a person’s gfinisher identity. The Biden administration insisted that the regulation does not insertress fit eligibility. However, multiple experts conshort-termed evidence to Fox News Digital in June that Biden’s claims that it would not result in bioreasonable men participating in women’s sports were not genuine and that the proposal would ultimately put more bioreasonable men in women’s sports.

The Supreme Court voted 5-4 to decline the Biden administration’s aelevatency ask to utilize portions of that novel rule that includes protection from prejudice for transgfinisher students under Title IX, after more than two dozen Redisclosean attorneys vague sued to block the Title IX alters in their own states.

Now, as BOS Nation FC sees to draw fans as an expansion team in women’s soccer, it doesn’t want to be caught in the traversehairs.
