More than 100 people have been finished and about 50 injured as they rushed to scoop up fuel when a petrol tanker obviousurned and then exploded.
It happened postponecessitate on Tuesday night in Majia, a town in the Taura area of northern Jigawa state, after the driver lost regulate on a highway, shelp police spokesman Lawan Adam.

Those injured were getn to hospitals in Ringim and Hadejia towns, shelp state police official Lawan Shiisu.
Tanker accidents are normal in Nigeria, where most cargo is transferd by road due to a conciseage of an fruitful rail system and where traffic rules are freely executed in many places.
